Magnus Realty staff are really helpful. The staff was very flexible from day one of interaction and have been very open and transparent. We were planning for a home in Pune from a long time but never had the courage to visit one due to the complicated advertisement of these builders. However when we saw simple and easy going hoarding near my daughter's school. This has made us land in their sales office. It was a very satisfying experience. When we visited TRANQUILITY ANNEX MANJIRI we felt awesome on our very first visit. Kind of " Love at first sight ". We made a few more visits with our family members. The Magnus Realty staff at the site had been very cooperative. They answered all our queries and behaved very professionally. We were introduced to bank people in their office itself. The sales consultant Mr. Abhay made our journey very smooth. He seems very knowledgeable and prompt too. Finally we ended up purchasing a flat in TRANQUILITY ANNEX(flat no. 802) things that we were worried about before were made so easy by them.
