Established in 2004 by Mr. Sharad Goil, a Management graduate and Entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, Magnus Realty has focused on partnering with reputed Developers, with exclusive mandates (sole selling) to sell their  residential and commercial projects.

Magnus Realty is recognized both by Developers and Unit Purchasers for their outstanding service and performance and takes pride in being associated with large projects being executed by reputed Developers, which are registered under MahaRERA.

 We have also assisted well known schools and institutions find suitable premises and undertaken  land transactions for large property developers.

Mr. Goil is a member of the Managing Committee of Red Cross, Pune District branch, member ASLI (Association of Senior Living India), NAR (National Association of Realtors) and PROPWA (Professional Realtors of Pune ).

About the Founder

Magnus Realty is the brainchild of Mr. Sharad Goil, who has been closely associated with the Real Estate Development & Construction industry for more than three decades. He has varied experience in the Real Estate industry since 1986, having been a Promoter & Developer, Turnkey Contractor, Project Management Consultant and heading Business Development & Marketing for a well-known construction major in Pune, prior to establishing Magnus Realty in 2004.

After completing his graduation, he completed his Masters Diploma in Business Administration from a well-known institute in Pune, in the year 1981. He worked for highly reputed Organisations and Multinationals, before his association with the Real Estate industry, which gave him the exposure of working in a professional environment.

Magnus Realty is based on the principles of professionalism and uncompromising integrity and transparency with both external and internal customers.

He leads a motivated, committed and customer focused team that effectively interfaces between builders and customers, to make real estate investment or the buying process a smooth & painless experience for the purchaser and greatly adds value to the Marketing and Sales process for a Developer.

With the rising population of Senior Citizens in the country, many of whom are left to fend for themselves, as their next of kin are either not in the same city , or don’t have the wherewithal to look after them and with limited Senior Living Communities with modern facilities that are professionally managed in India, researching on Senior Living became an area of key interest for Mr. Goil. He has made it his mission to endeavour to get more professionally managed Senior Living Communities set up, starting with his city of residence, Pune, by acting as an interface between reputed Developers and established and experienced operators and developers of Senior Living Communities. To further this objective, he has become a member of Association of Senior Living India (ASLI).

Currently, he is actively involved with a well known Developer of Pune and one of the largest Operators of Senior Living Communities, with both local and international presence, in setting up a Senior Living Community, as part of a larger development, in Pune. It has been his privilege to have interacted with most of the leading experts in Senior Living in India, over the past few years.

Mr. Sharad Goil is also a partner in M/s. Stretch n Grow India, the Master Franchisees for Stretch n Grow Corporate LLC, Florida, U.S.A. an organization which runs the world’s premier fitness program for children, with 170 franchised operations in 10 countries.

He has also been a member of the Managing Committee of the Indian Red Cross Society, Pune District Branch, for several years.
